NBROC Presents Anti-Imperialist Praxis in a Time of Expanding Neo Fascism

National Security Presidential Memorandum 7 (NSPM-7), signed in September 2025, directs Joint Terrorism Task Forces to investigate "anti-Americanism, anti-capitalism, and anti-Christianity" as indicators of domestic terrorism, mobilizing post-9/11 security infrastructure against left opposition. This is simply the latest development in the U.S. imperialist state’s domestic an global strategy of full spectrum domination and war on the self-determination of Black/African and colonized peoples.

In this context, the Black Alliance For Peace will discuss how the radical Black movement can understand and respond to this dangerous period, and elevate our resistance through principled unity based in anti-imperialist praxis.
